Order Processing

Orders are normally processed once payment is authorized. In-stock items ordered before the daily cutoff on business days are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day. Occasionally, stock may ship from partner locations, which may add extra handling time.

Domestic Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (USPS Ground): Delivery within approximately 4–7 business days depending on your address and carrier operations. • USPS 2nd Day: Available for expedited delivery; cost shown at checkout. • Next Day Saver & Saturday Delivery: Available upon request; additional charges may apply — contact customer service for pricing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on purchase value and shipping method chosen:

  • Orders under $150: $8.95 flat rate
  • Orders $150.01 – $200: $9.95 flat rate
  • Orders over $200.01: Free Standard Shipping

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. You can use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to check delivery status in real time.

Shipping Restrictions & International Orders

We currently ship primarily within the United States. International shipping may be available during select promotions; additional duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned to us. If a package is returned by the carrier due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Carrier Delivery Issues

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Go-Hiho is not responsible for lost or stolen items at the delivery address. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the carrier with your tracking information. If the carrier confirms a delivery error, contact Go-Hiho customer support for further assistance.
