We hope you love your purchase from Go-Hiho. If for any reason your order isn’t perfect, you can return or exchange eligible items under the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted if initiated within 28 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • In unworn, unwashed, and unused condition
  • With original tags still attached
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How Returns & Exchanges Work

Starting a return or exchange is easy. Visit our online Return Center to begin the process. You will need the email address used for your order, your order number, or shipping ZIP code to access your return portal. Follow the step-by-step instructions to generate your return or exchange label.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns are normally at your cost unless you purchase an optional **Free Unlimited Return** service at checkout (available within the US), which includes prepaid return labels for eligible items.

Packaging for Returns

You may return your items in any secure packaging so long as items are protected during transit. Tags must remain attached to receive a refund or exchange credit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as soon as your return is initiated. When selecting an exchange, choose your preferred replacement item in the return portal. If the new item is in stock, it will ship to you immediately — often before your original item is returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, select the relevant reason in the return portal. You may be asked to provide a photo or description. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, including sending replacements where possible.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and processed, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Refund timing varies by bank, but generally updates to your account within 7–10 business days from when the return is processed.
